He deals with personal data protection law, civil law in broad sense, especially law of obligations, commercial law and labour law. He gained his experience at renown law firms, as well as notarial office.
At Omni Modo he is tasked with ongoing support of the clients, support of the DPO, audits of compliance with GDPR and trainings. He is responsible, among others, for clients in the energy sector.
Graduated in process management from Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw. Leading auditor of ISO/IEC 27001 and internal auditor of ISO 9001. He specialises in information security, technical and organisational requirements of the GDPR with relation to security and processing of personal data, risk analysis, process and project management. He gained his experience in international financial institution and from 2016 he has worked for Omni Modo. He has many years of experience in execution and management of projects (including compliance). He conducts audits and trainings as well as drafts and implements documentation needed for achievement of the purposes of the processes and for compliance with organisation requirements, implemented management systems and law provisions.

She has many years of experience in personal data protection and is specialist in this field. From 2015 to 2017 she has worked for the Jurisprudence, Legislation and Complaints Department of the Bureau of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection. In addition, she collected in-depth knowledge on personal data protection from business perspective, while working for law firm in Warsaw as well as advising to HR companies on GDPR implementation. She effectively combines aforementioned specialization with complex legal advisory to corporate clients in the field of labor law, trade law and contract law at Kancelaria Osiej i Partnerzy. She gained experience in aforementioned fields at law firms in Krakow and Warsaw as well as at law school clinic of the Jagiellonian University – Civil Law Unit.

She actively participated in drafting code of conduct for research sector (art. 40 of the GDPR). Graduate from Law, SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, Lead Auditor of the Information Security Management System (ISO 27001), student of Information Technology Department at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw. In his professional work he is an expert in subjects relating to the protection of information, cybersecurity and personal data protection. He gained his professional experience, e.g. in an IT industry company, where he constructed the information security department from scratch. He also co-managed a company from the foreign trade sector for many years, by actively supporting the Management Board both in regards to business and legal aspects. During studies he actively supported activities undertaken by the University, being a member of the Students’ legal guidance service. Since 2019 he cooperates with Omni Modo in the field of information security audits, personal data protection audits, and development and implementation of security procedures.

Graduate from Law and Administration Department in Lublin, where he was one of the founders of “Lex Medica” Students Medical Law Research Club. He possesses many years of experience in the field of personal data protection.
He specializes in personal data protection and information security law. From 2014 to 2018 he acted as an Information Security Administrator in the public sector entities. He broadened his business experience and knowledge of GDPR working in a law firm in Warsaw, where he contributed to the Personal Data Protection Team. He performed a number of audits concerning compliance with GDPR, implementations and trainings. Since 2018 he acts as Personal Data Officer in private sector entities. Author of a number of trade articles.
